The project comprises of a mixed-use development for the highest towers in Jeddah, reaching 400 meters
height into the sky. The Dubai Towers enjoy a prime location, facing the Jeddah sea-front on the Corniche road totalling a plot area of 49,300 m2.
The project is composed of 4 major different components, corporate offices occupying an area of 52,500 m2, retail of a leasable area of 24,500 m2, a 5-star hotel with 384 guest executive suites and finally, a complex of luxury apartments / hotel apartments totalling 723 apartments.
In addition to required parking and services below the grade, the project mass includes a dynamic towers structure. The highest tower of 80 floors houses the
hotel and residential apartments, the lower tower of 50 floors houses the corporate offices, while the retail
component at the podium levels group the overall project structure.
