The development entails the construction and completion of the Red Sea Mall project located on a 183,000 m2 site in King's Road (Malek road), Jeddah, KSA.
The project includes three floors that make up the retail complex: lower ground, ground floor & first floor accompany the 2 hotel blocks with 4 typical levels.
The Mall has a leasable area of 98,000 m2 and includes a hypermarket occupying 15,000 m2, line shops, anchor stores, an amusement center, a food court and mall area, all complemented by car parking, service areas and external access roads.
